The ground floor of the Nido del Mar is its strong point: the entrance to the house is on the ground floor and is easily accessible, even with pushchairs. Here, you will find the living room with direct access to the garden and the kitchen. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable corner sofa or dine all together on a glass table equipped with four chairs, although to feel the natural holiday air on the Adriatic Sea, everyone likes to eat on the veranda, where there is a large table for six people. The garden and the private beach

The entrance to Nido del Mar is on the ground floor and is effortlessly accessible, even with strollers. Here you will find the living room with direct access to the garden and the kitchen. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa or dine together on a glass table equipped with four chairs, although to feel the real vacation air on the Adriatic Sea, we recommend dining on the veranda, where a large table for 6 is available.

From Nido del Mar, you can enjoy the view of the sea at any time of your vacation.

Aside from the terrace of the master bedroom and the large window in the living room, in fact, you can feel the breeze and admire the waves crashing on the shore while comfortably lying on the two deckchairs in the private garden, shared only with the guests of the five neighbouring apartments, or while sunbathing on the beach, also private, which is accessed by a small pedestrian gate located at the end of the garden.

Beyond the private beach, however, is a public beach that reaches down to the sea, where you can use a sun umbrella and two sunbeds at no extra charge to relax after a dip in the water or a walk along the shoreline.

THE HOLIDAY HOME IN JESOLO FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES

The Nido del Mar in Jesolo is the perfect destination for a beach holiday in the province of Venice: it can accommodate a maximum of four people in two bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families with children, but also for friends or couples who want to rent an apartment directly on the sea.


GROUND FLOOR

The entrance to Nido del Mar is on the ground floor and is easily accessible with a pushchair. It is accessed from the rear courtyard with two convenient parking spaces right in front of the entrance door.

In the living room, with direct access to the garden, you can relax on the large sofa or dine at the glass table and four chairs. However, for a true Adriatic holiday experience, we recommend dining on the veranda on the ground floor, where there is a large table for six.

The separate kitchen is well equipped with a five burner hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric juicer and much more.


UPPER FLOOR

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom. The rooms are decorated in the relaxing colours of the sea and the beach, and the main room has a terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy an aperitif or a romantic dinner.

The bathroom is decorated in pastel colours and has a large shower with glass walls, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and shaving mirror. If required, the window can be tilted to let in the sea breeze and cool the upper floor naturally, without the need for air conditioning. This allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of Nido del Mar. Towels and linen are included in the price of your stay.


GARDEN AND PRIVATE BEACH

From Nido del Mar you can enjoy the sea views at any time during your holiday. Either from the terrace of the master bedroom or from the large window of the living room, you can feel the breeze and admire the waves on the shore while relaxing on one of the two sunbeds with parasol in the private garden, which you share with the guests of the five neighbouring apartments, or sunbathing on the private beach, which is equipped with sunbeds and parasols and is accessible through a small pedestrian gate at the end of the garden. Beyond the exclusive beach, there is a public beach that extends down to the sea, where you can use a beach umbrella and two sunbeds (for a fee) to relax after a dip in the water or a walk along the shore.
