Very welcome to the Nido del Mar, a cosy place for adults and children where feeling at home is spontaneous. We like that those who stay with us enjoy themselves and feel comfortable. The high ceilings of this house, its cheerful atmosphere, and the colours, fabrics and elements that decorate it have been chosen to create a relaxing, child-friendly environment that is easy to tidy up and clean.
At the Nido del Mar, there are two sets of plates, two sets of cutlery, several tablecloths, tasting glasses and glasses in quantity, all calibrated so that you don't have to work too hard in the kitchen after each meal. Linen, bed and bath, and even garden towels to lay on the sun loungers on the grass or the beach are also provided and replaced with every change.
We provide a lot of utensils and, therefore, need attention when it comes to their care. Partly because offering efficient services while preceding the superfluous is our hallmark and partially because getting off to a good start makes it easier to maintain order even in carefree moments. Cleaning is done to offer maximum hygiene, so we would like to ask for cooperation to anticipate and shorten the time it takes to restore the house after your departure.
We ask you to inform us immediately if you find any damage or malfunctions we may have missed. We need to be able to intervene promptly in the event of faults. Minor inconveniences such as a dropped glass will not be considered, but we ask you to notify us so we can restore our services as soon as possible and remedy the unexpected.
We combat waste and unnecessary plastic and use only biodegradable detergents. In the kitchen, we have two dustbins, one for dry and one for wet waste, and although separate waste collection in Jesolo is struggling to get off the ground, we ask you to please sort glass and cans.
We also ask you to control consumption precisely as you do at home because we fight waste: we use low-consumption light bulbs. Our suppliers are chosen because they guarantee the use of renewable energy and offer the lowest rates. So, we have installed a meter for the KwH used and are taking pictures of the internal electrical panel to calculate consumption. It is surprising how much the habits differ from guest to guest, and we reserve the right to withhold any substantial differences from the deposit because we have started to apply token tariffs to prevent air conditioning and heating from running idle.
