THE HOUSE'S ADVICE
Living well on holiday!
Dear Guest,
Whether you are here for the first time or already know us, please read the advice we ask you to follow at the Nido del Mar!
- Now that you have arrived relax and check that Nido del Mar is as you expected, clean and tidy and with the promised facilities. We hope you are satisfied and look forward to saying goodbye to leave you to your privacy and well-deserved rest.
- We have never had any problems so far, but we would like to ask you to lock the garden gate to the private beach after you return the aluminium sun loungers and parasol to the veranda.
- The sun loungers and parasols from the garden can always remain outside. Please close the parasol in the evening in the event of a storm, leaving the lawn free of toys in anticipation of the garden cleaning, which usually takes place the following day.
- Do not play ball or walk across the garden of neighbouring flats near other people's verandas. Due to negative experiences in the past, dogs are unfortunately not allowed at the Nido del Mar, not even other people's dogs. We regret this very much.
- Please do not use the fresh irrigation water from the garden to make sand castles on the private beach. Only small, bucket-sized quantities are allowed.
- The Nido del Mar is the only flat with two parking spaces in the courtyard, as the rear covered parking area has yet to be closed off. Consequently, you can park a second vehicle perpendicular to the first one, next to the kitchen window, as all the other apartment blocks do.
- When you leave the house on your departure, please :
- empty the fridge, washing machine, and sink; the dishes can be left in the dishwasher, possibly after the washing cycle. THANKS🤗❤️
- do not leave the new toys in the "toy wicker basket" on the porch; disposing of plastic creates costs and wastes time as the toys in the house are washed. THANK YOU🤗❤️ -
- If you can, but it isn't compulsory, we ask you to remove the sheets by leaving them folded on the upper terrace table together with the towels to prevent wet cloths from ruining the floors. THANK YOU🤗❤️
