The Nido del Mar is a bright property located at the gateway to Venice and its lagoon in the western part of Lido di Jesolo. It enjoys a beautiful position overlooking the sea and is unique in its small garden and an exclusive private beach. All this, a stone's throw from the redesigned Piazza Nember and excellent restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The flat is welcoming and full of positive energy. It consists of two floors. The ground floor opens onto the front garden, offering a relaxing greenery view. From the loggia on the upper floor it offers a splendid view of the beach, which is crossed by a 15 km long promenade that connects the whole town on foot, and of course of the sea.

The Nido del Mar is the ideal house for a peaceful week-long holiday, even when the city is very crowded. In the intermediate seasons, it can also be rented for just two nights, whether for a weekend or a midweek break, as a remotely programmable methane gas system heats it very quickly.

Jesolo is only 40 km from the Grand Canal, St Mark's Square, and the Rialto Bridge, and it is the ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of the province and the whole of Veneto, even in autumn and spring.
