We had two wonderful weeks at Nido del Mar! Our three children aged 5, 10 and 12, all enjoyed the house, the facilities and the area. The owner, Alessandra, was easy to reach for inquieries, she is very friendly and sweet! The house is very well equipped and is situated directly on the beach with a quiet and pretty front garden in between. We can recommend this to families with small and big children!

Jesolo's vacation home for couples and families

Nido del Mar is the perfect location for a seaside vacation in the Venice area and can accommodate up to a maximum of four people in two bedrooms, so it is ideal for both couples and friends or families with children who want to rent an apartment directly on the sea.

A vacation home on the ground floor

The entrance to Nido del Mar is on the ground floor and is effortlessly accessible, even with strollers. Here you will find the living room with direct access to the garden and the kitchen. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa or dine together on a glass table equipped with four chairs, although to feel the real vacation air on the Adriatic Sea, we recommend dining on the veranda, where a large table for 6 is available.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and an electric juicer. Also in the kitchen is a handy washing machine for doing laundry without the need to look for a laundromat.

Two spacious rooms with sea views

Upstairs are two rooms, one double and one with bunk beds, and the bathroom.

The rooms are decorated in the soothing colours of the sea and the beach, and the master room has a sea-view terrace where you can have an aperitif or a romantic dinner of fish specialities accompanied by a good glass of “Cima del Pomer “ wine.

The bathroom has a window and is also decorated in pastel colours, equipped with a large shower with glass walls, sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and shaving mirror.

Towels for all guests and bed linen are included in the stay rates.

An aperitif on the terrace with our wines “Cima del Pomer” will certainly be a unique opportunity to appreciate the peace and quiet of our “nest” overlooking the sea.

The garden and private beach

From Nido del Mar, you can enjoy the view of the sea at any time of your vacation.

Aside from the terrace of the master bedroom and the large window in the living room, in fact, you can feel the breeze and admire the waves crashing on the shore while comfortably lying on the two deckchairs in the private garden, shared only with the guests of the five neighbouring apartments, or while sunbathing on the beach, also private, which is accessed by a small pedestrian gate located at the end of the garden.

Beyond the private beach, however, is a public beach that reaches down to the sea, where you can use a sun umbrella and two sunbeds at no extra charge to relax after a dip in the water or a walk along the shoreline.

A child-friendly vacation home

On the veranda is a trunk with beach games that the little ones can use freely and safely on the private fenced beach while parents enjoy a relaxing moment in the garden or admire the sea from the bedroom terrace.

A crib and high chair can be provided upon request to make children’s stay even more comfortable, while a washing machine and microwave oven are available to all guests in the kitchen, which, when travelling as a family, become indispensable details for a truly relaxing vacation.

The vacation home to discover the Serenissima (Venice), even in winter

Jesolo is only 40 km from the Grand Canal, St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge and is the ideal starting point to go and discover the beauty of Venice and the whole Veneto region, even in the winter months. In fact, the Nido del Mar apartment has gas heating with consumption control, which makes it bookable even during the cooler season like autumn and spring, for example, to admire the famous Carnival or the Festa della Madonna della Salute in Venice or to discover Veneto wineries, such as the Cima Del Pomer winery, which is only an hour’s drive from our vacation home on the Adriatic Sea.

Rates and conditions

Our holiday home rates in Jesolo are subject to seasonality.

It is necessary to request a quote to know the exact cost of your stay.

You can also book the Nido del Mar apartment through sites such as Booking.com or Vrbo, but if you book directly with us, you will gain a 7% discount.

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, with check-out by 9,30 am.

Weekend bookings are from Friday to Sunday, with check-out by 6 pm on Sunday afternoon.

For stays with specific dates, please contact us, and we will be happy to find a solution to suit your needs!

Cleaning costs, utilities and tourist tax are excluded from the accommodation rate.

Cleaning fee: 25€ per person
Tourist tax: 1,00 euro per day per person over ten years old
Gas and electricity utilities: calculated within one week of departure

A cash deposit of Euro 300 is required on arrival. This deposit will be returned by bank transfer within one week of guests’ departure and from it will be deducted the cost of utilities, cleaning, tourist tax and any damage caused to the house.
